Initial Consultation

Proposal & Scope Definition
Based on our consultation, we develop a detailed project proposal outlining the recommended solution, hardware and software platforms, deliverables, timeline, and cost. We work with you to refine the scope until it's exactly right.

Engineering & Design
Once the project is approved, our engineers develop the full design package — electrical schematics, panel layouts, PLC program architecture, and HMI screen designs. All documentation is reviewed with you before fabrication or programming begins.

Fabrication & Programming
With the design approved, we build and program the system. Control panels are fabricated to UL 508A standards in-house. PLC programs and HMI screens are developed and thoroughly tested offline before delivery.

Installation & Startup

Training & Documentation
